Late Policy
Clients are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will be considered late. A $15 late fee will be applied, and the appointment may be rescheduled at the provider’s discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled start time are subject to a $30 cancellation fee, due at the time of cancellation or applied to the client’s next service.
- Rescheduling within 2 hours of the appointment is permitted for a $10 rescheduling fee.
- Each appointment may be rescheduled a maximum of two (2) times.
Missed Appointments / No-Shows
- Clients who miss an appointment without prior notice are subject to a $30 no-show fee. One missed appointment may be rescheduled at the provider’s discretion.
- No Call / No Show appointments will result in termination of continued and future services.
Return Policy
- No refunds and no price adjustments will be issued under any circumstances.
- Store credit may be issued for unused products of equal or greater value if returned within 30 days of purchase, in unworn, unused, and original condition.
- Product exchanges are limited to retail items only; products cannot be exchanged for services.
By booking an appointment or purchasing a product, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
