Late Policy

Please be respectful by arriving on time to your appointments. If you arrive after 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you are considered late and will be charged a $15 late fee and may be rescheduled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Last minute cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment time will be subjected to $30 cancellation fee.

• You may reschedule within 2 hours of your appointment for a $10 fee.
• You may only reschedule the same appointment 2 times. 

Missed Appointments/No Show

I understand life happens; you are allowed to reschedule one missed appointment and will be subjected to a $30 no show fee. 

No call/No show- NO CONTINUED/FUTURE SERVICE.

Return Policy

No Refunds. No Price Adjustments.

• You may receive store credit for another item of equal or greater value within 30 days of purchase. 
• Items must be unworn and in original comdition.
• You may not exchange products for services.

Please do not arrive outside of your appointment pickup window date/time.
